Group exercise classes are a great way to add variety and motivation to your program.  Classes such as Power Pump, Circuit Interval Training, Spin, and Yoga are just a few of the classes offered.

The group exercise schedule is subject to change throughout the year.


Join us for our daily free live stream wellness stretch breaks (mornings at 10:30 am and afternoons at 3:30 pm) and noon hour 30 minute classes. See COVID-19 modified schedule. Please note: Group exercise schedule for November 30th to Dec 4th, 2020 .
